FateEye is committed to providing industry-leading customer service. If you are not satisfied with the product you have purchased on our website, you can contact us and we will help process your order according to the following circumstances

(1) Quality or Seller Problem

Wrong item, missing parts, product damaged in transit, original item is not the correct size or the size and style listed in the order does not match the size listed on the web page, the original item has been manufactured damaged or soiled. You can contact us for a free replacement or return (full refund) within 30 days, you need to contact our customer service to check and get a return label.

 (2) The customer has placed a wrong order or changed his mind in accordance with the following conditions

2.1 Not used

2.2 Are in their original packaging and are properly packaged to avoid damage during shipping

2.3 Include all parts, hardware, or instructions received with your original package

2.4 Contact customer service to get permission to return the product and the buyer pays the shipping cost. Shipping charges are collected by the courier company and charged according to their rates and paid by the buyer

 (3) Exchange Policy

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us via email within 30 days of receiving your package. Please provide the following information in the email to be sent to us: the order number, name, contact information and reason for the exchange. We will process your request asap. Orders placed three weeks or more ago cannot be exchanged.

Exchanges are subject to the following terms:

3.1 Exchange Fee

There is no exchange fee for exchanging any item for the same price. However, does NOT cover shipping fee for exchange items under any situation. does not issue store credit or rufund if the price of the new item is less than the price of the original item. Additional cost will be charge if the exchanged item is more than the original price.

3.2 Exemption of exchange item shipping fee

Exchange item shipping could be exempted for the following situations: The original item(s) is/are in the incorrect color from the color listed in the order and in the description of the style web page. The original item(s) is/are in the incorrect size or measurements from the size listed in the order and the measurements listed in the size chart of the style web page. The original item(s) is/are in the incorrect style from the style listed in the order. The original item(s) is/are in damage or stained condition.

Note: Please double check the size(s), color(s), and style(s) in the order form before submitting the order. All returned items must meet the following condition, otherwise they will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

Exchange package(s) must include the following information: order number, first and last name, shipping address, reason of the return, copy of the receipt, and any e-mail correspondences. Item(s) is/are in the same condition as when it was shipped to the customer. Item(s) must have original tag(s) attached. Item(s) must accompany its original plastic covering, hangers, and/or similar accessories.

3.3 Shipment of the Exchange

Once we received the returned package by the customer in the qualified condition, the exchange will be processed and sent within three business days. We do not send out exchanged package until we received the original returned package sent by the customer or the tracking number or the delivery confirmation of the original returned package sent by the customer.

The package for exchange can be made using the courier company of the customer's choice, and the customer is responsible for any additional costs required for any courier.

(4) Return

4.1 How to return

If you would like to return the package, please contact us by email within 30 days of receiving the package. Please provide the following information in your email to us: order number, name, contact details, reason for return. We will process your request asap. If the customer has received the order by mail and wishes to return it for a refund, the customer should notify of this return request, return the item within one week of the package arrival, provide the appropriate tracking number and delivery confirmation number. The customer has one week to make the return after approves the return request. We will not accept any returns that are not approved or that the customer does not return the item on time.

4.2 Shipping and Handing Fee & Restocking Fee

The shipping and handling charges paid for the order will be deducted. For any damaged or contaminated items, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 50% of the original price of the item. To ensure a full refund, the customer must return the item in new and unused condition (with tags and packaging), the original box and a copy of the invoice.
